✨Tea Cocktail Recipes✨

Hey there! Thank you so much for all of your lovely feedback on my last blog post where I announced Tea and Toast’s new product line! The Cocktail Line has been a work in progress since early this year, and now that is has launched it is such a joy to see so many of you loving it as much as I do!

As recently promised, here are a few summer-inspired tea cocktail recipes that can be made with the Botanical Syrups.✨


Strawberry Basil White Tea Margarita — 2 small servings


Ingredients:

2 oz. silver tequila of choice

1/2 oz. freshly juiced lime

1/4 oz. freshly juice lemon

1 tsp. strawberry jam

1/2 oz. prepared Strawberry Fields White Tea Botanical Syrup

A couple sprigs of fresh basil {optional} Ice cubes


Strawberry Basil White Tea Margarita

Instructions:

1}. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice cubes 2}. Shake for 15-20 seconds 3}. Use a cocktail strainer to strain the contents into a coupe glass

4}. Garnish with a fresh strawberries, citrus or edible flowers & enjoy!


Earl Grey Black Tea Manhattan — 1 serving


Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. bourbon or whiskey of choice

1/8 oz. sweet vermouth

1/2 oz. prepared Earl Grey Revival Black Tea Botanical Syrup

A couple dashes angostura bitters

Ice cubes

Garnish w. a black cherry {optional}

Earl Grey Black Tea Manhattan

Instructions:

1}. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice cubes

2}. With a spoon, stir continuously in a circular motion for 15-20 seconds or until the outside of the cocktail shaker has begun to frost

3}. Strain into a martini glass and drop a black cherry to the bottom if desired & begin to sip!


Lemon Lavender Gin Fizz w. Pansy Blooms — 2 small servings


Ingredients:

2 oz. gin of choice

3/4 oz. freshly juiced lemon

3/4 oz. prepared Lavender Dreams White Tea Botanical Syrup {save a couple of the dried pansy flowers to garnish if you’d like!}

1 egg white Ice cubes


Lemon Lavender Gin Fizz w. Pansy Blooms

Instructions: 1}. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, minus the ice cubes

2}. Shake for 15-20 seconds 3}. Add the ice cubes, then shake for an additional 15-20 seconds or until frost begins to form on the outside of the shaker 4}. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with edible pansy blooms if you’d like! Then share with a friend.


Herbaceous Summer Rum Runner — 2 small servings


Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz. spiced rum

1 oz. white rum

1/2 oz. freshly juice lemon

3/4 oz. prepared Garden Cordial Botanical Syrup Crushed ice cubes

Dark cherries to garnish {optional}

Herbaceous Summer Rum Runner

Instructions:

1}. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice cubes

2}. Shake for 20 seconds

3}. Pour evenly into 2 double rocks glasses over crushed ice cubes and garnish with cherries and a splash of soda water if desired and start refreshing!
